摘要
目的探讨传统煮沸法和3%双氧水浸泡法消毒气管内套管的效果观察。方法3%双氧水浸泡消毒气管内套管为实验组,煮沸消毒法对照组,消毒后采样送细菌培养。结果两种消毒方法效果相同。结论通过实验,我们认为3%双氧水溶液浸泡消毒法具有快捷、方便的优点,较煮沸法在气管切开术后的临床护理中更为实用。
Objective Exploring the effects of traditional seethe - antise - psis method and the method of dipping and sterilizedly 3% H2O2. Methods It acts as experimental group that endotracheal cannula is dipped and sterilized by 3% H2O2. The seethe - disinfection method acts as compared group. after it, the sampling is brought to cultrate bacterium. Results These two disinfection methods are the same. Conclusions Through the experiment, we think it has merits of rapi - dness and convenience that using 3% H2O2 liquor to dip and sterilize. It was more practically in clinical nursing after trachea dissected oper - ation compared with the seethe method.
