摘要
以ＬＰＳ—ＥＬＩＳＡ—ＳＩｇＡ法及细菌培养法对４４３份粪便标本进行检测，结果显示ＬＰＳ—ＥＬＩＳＡ—ＳＩｇＡ法的敏感度和特异度分别为９１．４３％和９６．０７％；变异系数为７．３２％，约登指数为０．８８。表明本法敏感性和特异性均较好，且较稳定，适合基层推广使用。
fecal samples were determined by LPS—ELISA—SIgA and bacteria culture.The results showed that the sensitivity of LPS—ELISA—SIgA was 91.43%,and the specificity was 96.07%,coefficient of variation was 7.32%,You Den's index was 0.88.These results indicated that this diagnostic test was a stable,sensitive and specific method.So it was most suitable for diagnosis of shigellosis in hospital.
