摘要
本研究通过对知名企业家传记文献中人格形容词频数的因素分析,结果得到知名企业家的人格特征主要有诚信责任、战略沉稳、敏锐创新、勤奋进取、坚韧务实、合作尽职等六大因素。在此基础上运用内容分析法对知名企业家人格的六因素结构的有效性进行了验证,最后采用个案研究法佐证六个因素结构的有效性,并进行了相应的讨论分析。
Through factor analysis of frequency of personality adjectives in the biographies of famous entrepreneurs, we draw a conclusion that the personality characteristics of famous entrepreneurs include six main factors, they are as follows: honesty-responsibility, stratagem-calmness, acuity-innovation, diligence-enterprising, tenacitybeing practical and realistic, eooperation-endeavour. On the base of the result, we test and verify the efficacy of the six-factor construction concerned with famous entrepreneurs' personality through content analysis. Then we test and verify it through case study and conduct a series of discussions and analyses.
