HIV遗传多样性及其研究意义

摘要 自从上世纪80年代初期发现AIDS以来，AIDS已成为全球最严重的公共卫生问题之一。在AIDS广泛流行的20多年里，世界各国对HIV疫苗研究、药物研发非常重视，投入了巨大的人力、财力，但至目前为止，仍无安全有效的AIDS疫苗问世，也无有效的药物可以彻底治愈艾滋病．这都是由于HIV的高度变异及重组。本文对HIV遗传多样性、流行情况及其对病毒传播、疾病进程、治疗效果及疫苗研发的影响进行综述，以供AIDS防治领域的同行参考。
