摘要
以田麦品种云麦47为对照,云南旱地品种云麦42、云麦50、靖麦11为材料,对小麦灌浆期生理生化指标和收获后农艺性状进行比较。结果表明:叶片水势在田旱2种品种间的差异不显著,土壤水分对植物保水力的影响表现为无规律,田麦品种的过氧化氢酶活性比旱地品种强,田麦品种可溶性糖的含量高于旱地品种,旱地品种的根数比田麦品种多;旱地品种的株高极显著地高于田麦品种;旱地品种的茎粗极显著地比田麦品种粗;旱地品种茎节数比田麦品种多。
With Yunmai 47 as the control, physiological and biochemistry parameters and agronomic character of Yunmai 42 ,Yunmai 50 and Jingmai 11 in filling period were determined. The result showed that the difference of leaf water potential in dry-land and irrigated wheat varieties was no significant. The effect of soil water content on water maintenance was irregular. The acativity of catalase in irrigated wheat varieties was strongger than that in dry-land wheat varieties. The soluble sugar in irrigated wheat varieties was higher than that in dry-land wheat varieties. The root number and intemode number of dry-land wheat varieties were more than that of irrigated wheat varieties. The plant height of dry-land wheat varieties was remarkably higher than that of irrigated wheat varieties and the stem width of dry-land wheat varieties was remarkably thicker than that of irrigated wheat varieties.
