摘要
为更有效治理工作面上隅角瓦斯积聚,分析了一次旋转水气射流通风器工作原理、二次实心旋转射流通风特性和二次实心旋转水气射流通风治理工作面上隅角瓦斯作用原理,采取高压二次实心旋转水气射流通风来驱散工作面上隅角积聚的瓦斯.工业性试验结果表明,高压二次实心旋转水气射流通风无机械旋转部件,风流作用面积大、紊动性强、掺混能力强,比直流送风或主风流扩散通风有更好的驱散上隅角瓦斯效果.
To dissipate gas accumulating in upper corner of coalface effectively even more, work principle of oncerotary hydrosphere jet ventilation, characteristic of solid twi-rotary jet ventilation, function principle on dissipating gas accumulating in upper corner of coalface with high pressure solid twi-rotary hydrosphere jet ventilation were analyzed, and high pressure solid twi-rotary hydrosphere jet ventilation was used for dissipating gas accumulating in upper corner of coalface. The results of insdustrial test indicat that solid twi-rotary hydrosphere jet ventilation is no mechanical rotary parts, great ventilation function area, strong mixing ability, even more effect of dissipating gas accumulating in upper corner of coalface to direct fluxion sending-off air or main stream diffusing ventilation.
