摘要
研究了皖西白鹅雄体生殖力与种龄的关系,选定4个种龄的皖西白鹅实验样本,通过人工采精方法采取雄鹅精液,用显微镜观察精子活率并测定精子密度,同时取血液测定不同种龄雄鹅体内主要生殖激素的水平。结果显示:2龄雄鹅的精子活率在0.66级,精子密度为3.8亿/mL,高于其它种龄,并且2龄雄鹅的睾酮(T)水平最高。可见在4个种龄的雄鹅中,2龄雄鹅的精子质量最好,精子密度和T水平最高,其生殖力最强。
Selecting four different seed-age ganders as experimental samples and collecting the semen of them through artificial method and observing the sperm vitality and measuring the sperm density with the aid of microscope. At the same time, taking blood of the different ages; of gander to exam the level of major reproductive hormone. Experiment result shows that the living rate of sperm in 2-seed-age is above 0.66 and the sperm density is over 380million. Moreover, the level of testos-terone （T） reaches its summit and is higher than the other seed ages. With respect to the result of the characteristics of 2-seed-age,the sperm quality in 2-seed-age is the greatest and sperm density as well as T-level is the highest in 4 seed-ages of gander, we assume that productivity in 2-seed-age may be the most powerful.
