摘要
应用放射免疫分析法(RadioimmunoassayRIA)对45只美國獭兔妊娠前后的血浆孕酮含量变化进行测定,结果表明:①未孕兔的血浆孕酮含量为2.67±2.14ng/ml/(n=26),妊娠第3,4,5,7,10天妁孕酮含量分别为2.08±0.15,5.83±0.12、7.00±0.67、9.26±0.56及14.03±2.30 ng/ml。(n=19)。②妊娠第4天獭兔的血浆孕酮开始明显升高,并与未孕及已孕第3天存在明显差异(P<0.01),其后血浆孕酮浓度持续增多,据此可对獭兔进行早期妊娠诊断。
Radioimmunoassay(RIA)was used to determine plasmaprogesterone concentration(PPC) of female American Rex(AR)rabbitsduring toth their nonpregnant and pregnont periods.For nonpregnant ARS,the PPC were 2.48 and 2.77 ng/ml on the oestrus and nonestrus,respectively. On the day 3,4,5,7 and 10 of pregnancy,PPC were 2.08,5.83,7.00,9.26,14.03 ng/ml,respectively.The results indicate that:fornonpregnant ARS,Changes of PPC in oestrus and nonoestrus are notsignificant(P>0.05).Progesterone secretion was significantly higher(P<0.01)in pregnant ARS at(and over)the 4th day of pregnancy(5.83ng/ml)than in nonpregnant ARS(2.67 ng/ml).In the early time ofpregnancy,the PPC of ARS increased obviously,however it was notsignificantly differeant compared with that of nonpregnancy until the4th day of pregnancy and it Kept a steady increasing which can be usedas an index for pregnancy diagnosis.
