摘要
卷绕式真空镀膜机的卷绕系统要求控制走膜线速度和收放卷张力恒定,设计了以TSX型PLC与直流电动机控制器组成的由UNITELWAY网络实现相互通讯的卷绕控制系统,具有可以不配张力传感器的条件下达到控制张力恒定、速度恒定的特点,能够较好地满足恒张力控制要求。
The constant of the speed, the winding tension and the unwinding tension are required in winding vacuum coater. The essay adopt Net of UNITELWAY consist of TSX type PLC and DC motor controller in obtaining mutual conmunication of zoinding control system particularly, the system can control the tension and the speed constantly without tension sensor, thus meet the demand of keeping contant tension.
