摘要
论述了西门子SIMOVERTMASTERDRIVE在本钢热连轧厂平整分卷机组卷取机控制上的应用 ,重点分析了SIMOVERTMASTERDRIVE交流矢量控制中卷取机张力恒定控制原理及自动转矩控制特点。在卷取张力控制中 ,由于采用了西门子全数字多处理控制系统SIMA DYND与主传动相联的SIMOLINK网络 ,通过ProfibusDPLan网络联接的PLCSimaticS7系统以及与管理系统相联接的以太网通讯完成各种数据快速传输 。
The application of SIMOVERT MASTER DRIVE for reel tension control is discussed.The princple for the constant tension control in the SIMOVERT AC vector control and the automatic torque control are analyzed in detail.The high quality and accuracy dynamic torque is satisfied for the need of the fine strip because of all data quick delivery by SIMADYN D,including SIMOLINK,Profibus and ETHERNET.
