摘要
针对注塑模设计与制造过程的自动化、智能化及效率高的要求,基于Unigraphics软件的二次开发平台,开发了基于知识的注塑模结构设计CAD系统。提出了该系统的整体结构框架、模块划分和数据流程,建立了知识库,分析了各模块功能的实现。
A knowledge-based injection mould designing system is presented under the environment of Unigraphics, and its overall architecture was set up. Meanwhile, the data management between the system and Unigraphics platform was investigated, and the data transfer mechanism and the data flow between them were established. Also, knowledge base are researched.
