摘要
知识工程与CAD技术的结合已成为先进制造与自动化技术研究的热点。本文介绍了知识驱动在UG上的重要应用UG/KF。UG/KF是介于CAD技术和知识工程KBE技术之间新出现的边缘技术。UG/KF可以将各自专有的产品知识、工作经验和一些重复性的工作直接构建在产品模型中,使产品的数字化模型提高到一个新的水平,实现知识的再利用,减少重复性工作。本文在UG/KF平台上开发了非球面镜片的开发系统。同时本文也介绍了非球面镜片的设计思路。
Nowadays, the combination of knowledge engineering and CAD is a focused problem on the field of advanced manufacturing and automation. The article introduces a important application of UG——UG/ Knowledge Fusion. Eliminating the barrier of traditional knowledge system, UG/KF puts the traditional knowledge, working experience and some repetitive working directly in the product model. It raises the digitization model of products to a new level. It repeatedly transfers knowledge so that it reduces the repetitive work. Based on the UG/KF, the development system of aspherical lens is developed. The article also introduces the design of the aspherical lens.
