摘要
目的:观察Q开关倍频Nd:YAG激光治疗脂溢性角化病的疗效。方法:采用Q开关倍频Nd:YAG激光治疗脂溢性角化病126例。结果:126例患者经1至4次治疗,基愈107例(84.92%),显效12例(9.52%),好转6例(4.76%),无效1例(0.79%)。结论:该技术操作简单,治愈率高,患者痛苦小,不留瘢痕,是治疗脂溢性角化病的一种较为理想的方法,值得推广使用。
Objectives： To study the therapeutic effects of Q - switch multiple frequency Nd ： YAG laser in treatment of 126 patients with seborrheic keratosis. Methods： To treat seborrheic keratosis with Q- switch multiple frequency Nd：YAG laser. Results： Basic heal 107 patients（84.92%）,notable effect 12 patients （9.52%）, improvement 6 patients（4.76% ）, no effect 1 patient（0.79 % ）. Conclusions： The cure rate was high, the pain was slight, The technique didn＇ t cause scar and was an ideal method, it should be introduced to more doctors.
