摘要
目的观察安倍、敌敌畏和废机油的灭蚊幼效果,为维和部队开展灭蚊幼工作提供依据。方法调查水体蚊幼密度,3种方法现场防治蚊幼,每15~20d定点、定人、定量采集水样,观察灭蚊幼效果。结果超过1周以上的水体均有蚊幼孳生,安倍处理24h后水体表面蚊幼全部死亡,第58天时出现少量蚊幼;敌敌畏每周处理1次仍可发现蚊幼孳生;废机油能起到防治蚊幼孳生的效果,但环境污染明显。结论安倍和废机油对蚊幼均有很好的控制效果,但后者对环境污染较重,及时发现孳生场所并施药处理是灭蚊幼的关键。
Objective To observe the control effect of abate, Dichlorphos and waste oil to mosquito larvae and provide basic information for its control in peacekeeping camp. Methods Three methods were used to control mosquito larvae after investigation. Observing the control effect through mosquito larvae which were collected and counted 15 -20 d for one time from the accumulated water on the breeding place by fixed-places, fixed-observer and fixed-quantify. Results Mosquito larvae had grown in all the pool which water lasted for over one week and all the larvae had been died since 24 h after application of three methods. The effect of abate and waste oil could last for 40 and 55 days. The effect of dichlorphos could not last for one week. Conclusion Abate and waste oil had good effect on mosquito larvae control, but the later polluted environment. The key of mosquito larvae control was to find breeding place and put in Abate.
