摘要
【目的】观察替加色罗治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效、安全性及对胃感觉功能的影响。【方法】入选106例符合罗马Ⅱ标准的FD患者,随机分为试验组53例,对照组53例,试验为期2周,试验组服用替加色罗6 mg,每日2次,对照组服用谷维素20 mg,每日3次。对患者全部FD症状,有效率及饮水负荷试验进行总体评估。【结果】治疗期2周后,试验组与对照组间治疗前后症状总积分比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组患者初饱饮水量及最大饮水量治疗前后比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)【结论】替加色罗是治疗动力障碍型功能性消化不良一种安全有效的药物。
[Objective]To assess the efficacy, safety and gastric sensory function of tegaserod in the treatment of functional dyspepsia （FD） and to compare with those of oryzanol. [Methods] One hundred and six patients who were in line with the Rome Ⅱ criteria for FD were randomly divided into two groups, each for 53 cases. The experimental group was given tegaserod 6 mg bid for two weeks, and the control group was given oryzanol 20 mg tid. Efficacy was assessed by patients＂ perception of overall symptoms of FD, and total effective rate and water load tests were studied before and after treatment. [Results] After 2-week treatment , there were significant differences between experimental group and control group in the total symptom. There were significant differences in the total symptom scores between pre-and post-treatment in experimental group （ P 〈0. 05）. Both first satiety and full satiety evoked by drinking water were increased in experimental group after treatment （P 〈0. 05）. The total effective rate was significant difference between two groups （P 〈0. 01）. [Conclusion] Tegaserod is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.
