关于功能性消化不良患者胃感觉功能与早饱症状的关系 被引量:4

The Relationship between Gastric Sensory Function and Early Satiety in Functional Byspepsia Patients

摘要 目的了解功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)患者的胃感觉功能与早饱症状的关系。方法将48例功能性消化不良患者按照是否存在早饱症状分为早饱组和非早饱组,其中早饱组24例(男女各12例),非早饱组24例(男女各12例)。运用饮水负荷试验测定胃感觉功能,并与20例对照组的胃感觉功能进行比较。刚出现上腹部饱足感时的饮水量为初次饱足阈值,受试者出现完全饱足或因上腹部症状不能继续饮水时的饮水量即最大饱足阈值。结果功能性消化不良患者初次饱足阈值和最大饱足阈值均较对照组显著降低(433±60.2)ml比(503±32.45)ml,P〈0.01和(784±90.8)ml比(1030±84.8)ml,P〈0.01);功能性消化不良患者早饱组和非早饱组间初次饱足阈值和最大饱足阈值比较无明显差别(430±61.7)ml比(437±59.6)ml,P〉0.05和(779±95.1)m1比(788±87.9)ml,P〉0.05)。50%的功能性消化不良患者初次饱足阈值降低,75%的患者最大饱足阈值降低。结论部分功能性消化不良患者确实在胃感觉过敏,功能性消化不良患者胃感觉功能与早饱症状之间无明显关系。 Objective To stubby the relationship between gastric sensory function and early satiety in patients with functional byspepsia (FD). Methods The gastric sensation threshy volunteers by water 48 FD patients(divided into early-satiety and non early-satiety group) and 20 healthy volunteers by water load test. The volume of water load was regarded as the first satiety threshold when subjects reported the in-itial perception such as epigastric filling and bloating during water drinking. The volume was max satiety threshold when subjects got full satiety. Results FD patients had signifi- cantly lower gastric sensation threshold for both first satiety and full satiety evoked by drinking water (433 ± 60.2)ml vs (503 ± 32.4)ml and (784± 90.8)ml vs (1030 ± 84.8) ml, P〈0.01, and respectively=compared with healthy people. There was no obvious difference of parameters in two groups of FD patients(430±61.7)ml vs (437±59.6)ml, P〉0. 05 and (779±95.1)ml vs (788±87.9)ml, P〉0.05).About50%FD patients had hypersensitive gastric first satiety threshold. 75% FD patents had hypersensitive gastric full satiety threshold. Conclusions Gastric hypersensitivity exists in FD patients. There was no relationship between gastric sensory function and early satiety in patients with functional dyspepsia.
