摘要
目的 :探讨脑出血继续出血发生时间、血肿扩大的情况及对临床的影响。方法 :分析 2 0例脑出血继续出血病人的临床资料。结果 :脑出血后 2 4h内继续出血的可能性最大 ,可导致病情恶化。结论 :应密切关注脑出血病人发病后 2 4h内的病情 。
Objective To study the time of hematoma enlargement and the effect on clinical outcome.Method We analyze clinical records of 20 patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrage.Results Patients has a higher risk of hematoma growth within 24 hours of onset.Conclusion Patients should be closely observed for at least 24 hours after onset of intracerebral hemorrage.
