摘要
气候适宜度评价是进行科学人居环境建设的基本依据之一。在目前的人居环境气候适宜度研究中,缺乏对气候要素时间分布均匀度的研究。文中尝试借鉴经济学中用于评价社会财富分配平等程度的基尼系数,实现人居环境气候各要素时间分布均匀度的量化评价,结合人居环境气候要素的平均状态与权重,建立了人居环境气候适宜度评价模型。昆明市人居环境气候适宜度的评价实例取得了良好的评价效果,说明了评价模型的客观性与有效性。
Evaluation of climatic comfort degree is one of the basis of scientific human settlement environment construction. But in the current research on climatic comfort degree of human settlement environment, there is lack of investigation on temporal distribution uniformity degree of the climatic factors. In fact, it is an important index. In the article, by taking Gini coefficient for reference, which is used to evaluate the equality degree of social wealth distribution in economics, temporal distribution uniformity degree of the climatic factors is applied on quantitative evaluation of the human settlement environment, and a model for appraising the climatic comfort degree of human settlement environment is set up in which the average condition and weight of the climatic factors are combined. Good results have been achieved, showing that the model is with high dependability, objectivity and validity.
