摘要
本文从理论上阐述了城市最佳人居环境的构成和内涵 ,并指出了 2 1世纪城市人居环境建设的发展趋势和目标。同时 ,根据信息金字塔原理和统计学原理设计了一个由五组指标构成的能反映各项环境要素的综合性评价指标体系。
The composition and implication of the optimized residential environment are discussed from a theoretical perspective. The tendency and objectives of the 21st century urban residential environment construction are addressed. In accordance with information pyramid and statistic principles, an all round evaluation index system made up of five group indexes is set up.
