摘要
叙述先进制造技术（AMT）及其特征；基于“企业再造”的思想、理论和实践，提出我国企业在AMT环境下组织再造的原则、模式及实施策略。
This paper compares the structureof the enterprises in the AMT (Advanced Manu-facturing Technology) conditions with the struc-ture of conventional enterprises, points out dis-advantages of conventional enterprises structurein information age and market competition,putsforward the principles, models, policies of busi-ness structuring under AMT conditions in Chi-na, based on the idea,theory and practice of the 'Business Reengineering' abroad.
