摘要
从有限元分析及动强度测试两方面对秦皇岛第三期煤码头O型翻车故障进行了研究，找到了翻车机钢结构的故障根源，证明了原始设计的失误，并提出了完整的改造设计方案。
The O-type dumping car at thethird phase coal dock in Qinhuangdao was de-signed by Dravo Wellman Company of U- S. A .Many failures are occured by the steel structure,which influenced the normal production of dockboard from working- This paper studies the fail-ure of dumping car based on finite element calcu-lation and dynamic strength testing and finds thesource of its steel structure failure then provesthe mistakes of original design, finally gives thetotal improvement design plans.
