摘要
以氟化钠将钙基膨润土钠化,研究钠化膨润土对氢氧化镁铝的凝聚及其对液体石蜡/水体系的乳化与稳定作用。结果表明,少量钠化膨润土可引起氢氧化镁铝的微弱聚集,提高分散体系的黏度,改善氢氧化镁铝对液体石蜡/水界面的吸附作用,获得稳定性良好的O/W型石蜡乳状液,并增大油滴直径。
Na-activated bentonite prepared by ion-exchanging of Ca-bentonite with sodium fluoride was used to induce the coagulation of magnesium aluminum hydroxide (MAH) and as an MAH promoter to emulsify paraffin/water. The results show that small amount of Na-bentonite can cause the weak coagulation of MAH with a significant viscosity enhancement, which can improve the adsorption of MAH on the paraffin/water boundary surface. Consequently, stable paraffin/water emulsion with increased droplet size is obtained.
