阳离子微粒助留剂氢氧化镁铝

Effects of Magnesium Aluminum Hydroxide as Potential Cationic Microparticle Retention Aid

摘要 研究了阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)和阴离子/阳离子聚丙烯酰胺复合物与胶体氢氧化镁铝的协同助留作用。结果表明,在CPAM低加入量下,不论加入顺序如何,胶体氢氧化镁铝都能够有效地提高CPAM的助留效率,当氢氧化镁铝加入量为0.4%时,纸料留着率达80.22%。APAM/CPAM复合物在质量比值较大时表现出良好的协同助留效果,当氢氧化镁铝加入量为0.6%,APAM/CPAM复合物在质量比为10∶2时,纸料留着率最高可达95.8%。 In this study, the possible synergistic retention effects of the colloidal magnesium aluminum hydroxide with cationic polyacrylamide or anionic/cationic polyacrylamide complexes were investigated. The results showed that the colloidal magnesium aluminum'hydroxide significantly improves the retention efficiency of cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM), which is either pre-added or post added, at relatively low addition levels. The retention was 80.22% when 0,4% of magnesium aluminum hydroxide was added. It also shows good synergistic retention effect with the complexes of anionic polyacrylamide (APAM) and CPAM at high mass ratio. The retention reached to 95.8% in addition of magnesium aluminum hydroxide (0.6%) when the mass ratio of APAM/CPAM was 10:2.
