摘要 综述显式有限元分析和非线性规划算法的理论基础,进而将它们在金属成形分析和设计中的应用加以回顾。 Recently, the metal forming simulation technology revealed great progress in the sense of practical application in the automotive,steel, electric/electronics and aerospace indus tries. The goal of metal forming simulation is to be embedded in the computational design system which consists of the analysis and synthesis modules. In the advanced computational system,the analysis module may adopt the nonlinear finite element (FE) analysis code, and the synthe sis module may employ the mathematical pro gramming code. This metal forming design sys tem can detect the slackness of the deformed ma terial and estimate the formability, and find the optimum condition for the forming operation.The bulk of this paper is devoted to provide the summary of theoretical bases for the explicit type FE analyses and nonlinear programming algorithm, and further the review of these applica tions to the metal forming analyses and design.
