保守治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的疗效观察 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨保守治疗乳腺癌根治术后上肢淋巴水肿的疗效。方法对32例乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者进行抗炎、抬高患肢、按摩和弹力保护等治疗。结果治疗后患者上肢淋巴水肿均有消退,在中早期患者消退显著,重度水肿患者疗效略差。结论保守治疗乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿疗效确定,方法简单易行,值得推广。
