摘要
构建跨国并购文化整合模式的风险灰色关联测度模型,对各种文化整合模式风险大小的可能性做出判断,得出最优的文化整合模式,并通过实例说明测度模型可行。
This paper estimates the possibility of risk model in culture integrating patterns with establishing the risk measurement model, and then it educes an optimal one. It proves the method to be feasible with a real example.
