摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS计算了端面弧形浅槽机械密封在不同冲洗量下的温度场,并在温度场的基础上计算了力热耦合变形。研究表明,冲洗能够有效降低动静环最高温度,并减小密封环温差的差别,冲洗达到一定量时两环温差趋于一致,同时由于温差的减小使得综合耦合变形锥度减小。
The temperature field of the curved shallow groove mechanical seals at end surfaces under various flushing quantities was calculated using the ANSYS finite element analysis software, and the deformation of strength and thermal coupling was calculated based on the temperature field. The research shows that flushing can efficiently lower the maximum temperatures of the dynamic and static rings, and the temperature differences of the seal rings. The temperature differences of the dynamic and static rings become uniform when flushing reaches certain quantities, and the decrease of the temperature differences makes the coning of the comprehensive coupling deformation small.
