摘要
甘蔗蜡(Sugar cane wax)主要来源于制糖工业的副产品——淤泥。将粗甘蔗蜡通过乙醇等有机溶剂反复提取后成为精制甘蔗蜡,进一步通过皂化、加钙等,将长链脂肪酸混合物与长链脂肪醇混合物分离。气相色谱分析表明,长链脂肪醇混合物中以26C、28C、30C和32C醇四种含量最多(占90.2%);长链脂肪酸混合物以28C、30C、32C和34C酸四种含量最多(占79.3%)。在高血脂模型大鼠中应用30d的实验结果证实,长链脂肪醇混合物在低剂量(5mg/kg·d)、高剂量(50mg/kg·d)组均有显著的降低血总胆固醇作用(与对照组比较P〈0.01),对升高血高密度脂蛋白也有一定作用,但对降低血甘油三酯的作用不明显;长链脂肪酸混合物在低剂量(20mg/kg·d)、高剂量(200mg/kg·d)组的结果与长链脂肪醇混合物相似。进一步证实了甘蔗蜡中长链脂肪醇混合物、长链脂肪酸混合物均有明显的降低血总胆固醇作用。
The sugar cane wax is mostly originated from sediment in sugar industry. After the crude sugar cane wax extracted again and again using alcohol, it becoming refined sugar cane wax. The refined sugar cane wax was saponified and joined Ca^2 +. The long-chain fatty acids and long-chain fatty alhocols were separated. Analysis of GC indicated that 26C, 28C ,30C and 32C alcohols are most(90.2% ) in long-chain fatty alhocols and 28C ,30C,32C and 34C acids are most (79.3%) in long-chain fatty acids. It was approved in hypercholesterolemic rats by drug administration 30 days that long-chain fatty alhocols in low dose(5 mg/kg·d) and high dose(50 mg/kg.d) has activity of significantly reducing total serum cholesterol( P 〈 0.01 ) and raising high sensity lipoprotein (P 〈 0.05 ), but lack activity for serum triglyceride, and that long-chain fatty acids in low dose (20 mg/kg.d) and high dose (200 mg/kg.d) has similar the results in long- chain fatty alhocols. It was further approved that long-chain fatty acids and long-chain fatty alhocols in sugar cane wax have activity of significantly reducing blood lipids.
