摘要
医院进行信息化建设,其重要任务之一就是要进行流程再造,对门诊就医流程进行系统分析的基础上,找出其中存在的若干关键问题,提出切实可行的解决方案,设计出信息化模式下重组后的门诊流程。
In hospital information application and management, one of the important tasks is medical services processes re-organizing. By analyzing the processes and finding out the key problems in outpatient service, provide a feasible solution to re-organize the outpatient service process based on information system.
