摘要
目的探讨团队协作在医院门诊信息化建设中的实践和体会。方法在门诊医生工作站上线、推行一卡通、运行排队叫号系统的全过程中,通过召开全院动员大会及职能科室协调会,上下一致,明确职责,分工协作,探讨已经出现或可能出现的各种问题,提出应对措施,及时调整流程,解决问题。结果有效地调动了各类资源,提高了患者的满意度,规范了门诊管理,提升了门诊工作效益。结论门诊信息化建设是一项繁杂的系统工程,只有全院上下齐心协力,充分发挥团队协作精神才能保证其项目的顺利推进。
Objective Discussion on team cooperation in hospital outpatient information construction practice and experience. Methods In the outpatient doctor workstation line, carry out card, run queuing system in the whole process, through the convening of the mobilization of the general assembly and the functions of the department coordination, agree up and down, make clear duty, division of labor and cooperation, discussion has occurred or may occur in a wide variety of issues, put forward to answer measure, adjust process, problem solving. Results Effective mobilized of resources, improved patient satisfaction, standardized the management of outpatient clinic, enhanced the work efficiency. Conclusion Outpatient information construction is a complex systems engineering, only the upper and lower make concerted efforts, give full play to the team spirit of collaboration in order to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
