摘要
目的探讨造口旁疝发生的原因及防治策略。方法回顾性分析2001年1月至2007年10月收治的28例造口旁疝患者发生的原因。结果28例全部手术治疗,其中:原位修补术9例,获访8例,治愈4例,复发4例;造口移位术15例,获访10例,治愈7例,复发3例;人工合成材料修补术4例,获访3例,全部治愈,无复发。造口旁疝的发生主要与造口部位选择、造口技术,病人过度肥胖、术后腹内压增高及切口感染等因素有关。结论预防应从手术因素、患者因素,手术后因素三个方面着手。造口旁疝的治疗应根据病人具体情况选择不同方式。
Objective The discussion makes the reason and the preventing and controlling strategy which nearby the mouth hernia occurs. Methods The review analysis from January 2001,28 cases which admitted to October 2007 makes the reason which nearby the mouth hernia occurred. Results The result 28 cases completed surgeries treat. 9 cases were made the home position plastic operation, 8 cases were follow up ,4 cases were cured,4 cases recurrent ;15 cases were made the mouth shifting technique, 10 cases were follow up,7 cases were cured,3 cases recurrent. 4 cases were made synthesized material plastic operation,3 cases were follow up, 3 cases were cured, none was recurrent. Makes nearby the mouth the hernia occurrence mainly with to make the mouth spot choice, to make the mouth technology, after the patient is excessively obese, the technique factors and so on intra - abdominal pressure markup and margin infection concerns, Conclusion The prevention should from the surgery factor, the patient factor, after the surgery the factor three aspects begin. Makes nearby the mouth the hernia treatment to be supposed to act according to the patient special details choice different way.
