摘要
介绍了对过度肥胖合并多系统病变患者应用硬膜外麻醉配合全身麻醉施行胆囊切除术的麻醉前准备，麻醉方法的选择及术中监测，保证了围手术期病人的安全及良好的麻醉配合，苏醒迅速，并发症少，易于被广大麻醉工作者接受和实施。
This paper reports the application of epidural anesthesia and general anesthesia topatients with multisystematic disease in cholecystectomy.The preparation for anesthesia,selecting methods of anesthesia and monitoring during operation can ensure safty of perioperation patients and good cooperation.The method has a character of quick consciousness and low incidencyof complications.It is acceptable to anesthetists.
