摘要
从理论角度分析了高效工艺中梳棉机柔性梳理的工艺特点,梳棉机采用高效工艺后,纤维的分梳、转移、凝聚等作用均与普通工艺有所不同,高效工艺充分发挥了气流附面层的作用,使纤维受力柔和,降低了纤维的疲劳度,减少了纤维损伤,充分体现了柔性梳理的特点。
Processing properties of the high efficient soft carding technology of the cotton carding machine are analyzed from the view point of theory. Different to the normal carding process, the fiber carding, transfering and condensing by use of high efficient carding technology of the cotton carding machine are subject to more soft carding force and reducing fiber lost, featuring the property of full soft carding.
