摘要
为了满足梳棉机高产高质对梳理度的要求,系统分析了分梳板、前后固定盖板的作用效果,并通过试验说明适当扩大梳理面积和加装分梳板、固定盖板等措施可以增加分梳,以弥补梳理速度加速后梳理的不足。
In order to fulfill the requirement of hi-production and hi-quality carding on carding degree,systematic analysis is done to the effect of carding plate as well as front and rear stationary flats. Trial production shows that proper extension of carding surface and adding carding plate as well as stationary flats improve carding effect ,thus offsetting the insufficient carding when carding speed is increased.
