摘要
分析了送收话器组转动架的成型工艺特点,介绍了模具结构及工作过程和设计要点,对侧抽芯机构设计进行了重点介绍。在原来设计的基础上改进了浇口的形式,从而进一步提高了产品质量和劳动生产率,降低了产品的制造费用。本设计为类似产品及侧抽芯塑料模具的设计提出了一条新思路。
The features of the moulding process for transceiver rotors were analyzed. The structure of moulds, the working process and the essential designing index, especially the structural design for side core pulling, were introduced. The moulding form based on the original design was improved, which had the further progress to improve the product quality and labor efficiency, along with the reduction of manufacturing cost. A new way of the design for plastic mould with side core-pulling and the similar products is brought forward.
