摘要
分析了塑件的结构特点及使用要求,介绍了型芯延迟动作倒装侧抽芯机构的结构特点及工作过程。生产证明,模具结构稳定可靠,效果很好。
Structural features and operating requirements for the plastic part were analyzed. Structural character and working process of flipchip side core-pulling mechanism with delayed action of core were introduced. It was concluded from practical experience that the structure of the mould was stable, reliable and efficient.
