摘要
总结了触头熔焊现象的研究成果,分析了触头熔焊的影响因素,并列出了定量判断触头动、静熔焊的理论依据以及熔焊力测量的试验手段;就触头材料特性而言,对熔焊有影响的因素有材料的硬度、抗拉强度、电导率、热导率等。选择熔焊力的数学模型作为理论判据可以对试验起到很好的指导性作用,这是因为在熔焊试验中熔焊力可以直接测量。
The researches on welding of electrical contacts were summarized, and the factors contributing to welding of contact were cataloged. The quantitative criterion of weldability and the experimental methods for measuring welding force were introduced. According to material characteristics of electrical contact, the weldability of a material strongly depends on its hardness, tensile strength, electric conductivity and thermal conductivity, etc. The experiments can be guided by mathematical model of welding force, because the welding force can be measured directly during the experiments.
