摘要
本文是根据循环经济"减量化、再利用、资源化"的原则和设置指标体系科学性与可操作性相结合的原则,结合有色金属工业矿产资源开发、利用、生产、消费等各环节中的节能降耗和主要废弃物的利用、处理及再生有色金属的循环利用情况,研究设置了反映评价有色金属工业发展循环经济的指标体系。
According to the principle of ＂reduce, reuse, recycle＂ in a recycling economy and principle of combing science with practice in index system, the article covers energy saving and lower energy consumption in the process of exploration, utilization, production and consumption of mine resources, utilization and disposal of waste, and recycling utilization situation of secondary nonferrous metals. The research establishes an evaluating system of recycling economy in nonferrous-metals industry.
