摘要
本文从我国矿产资源领域循环经济发展现状出发,遵循科学性、整体完备性、可操性、层次性的原则,从"资源开采率、资源回收率、资源消耗降低率、资源循环利用率、废物最终处置降低率"五个环节,"宏观和微观"两个层面,"减量化、资源化、再利用"三个重点入手,初步形成勘查、采选冶、消耗、综合利用、环境治理、循环经济投入与产出六个环节34个指标的"矿产资源领域循环经济评价指标体系"。
In this paper, According to the state of recycling economy in the realm of the mineral resources of our country, and following the science, whole and complete, practice and layer principle, at the same time considering 5 taches： exploitation rate of the mineral resources, recovery rate of the mineral resources , reduced rate of resources consumption, recycling rate of the resources, ultimate disposal rate of waste, considering two levels： macro-level and micro-level, considering three important aspects ＂ reduce, resources, recycle＂ in the research, the paper established evaluating index system, which has 34 evaluation index in all, including 6 taches： perambulation, exploitation, mill run and extractive metallurgy, consumption, utilization, environmental protection, input and output ect.
