摘要
近年来,随着经济全球化和国际格局的变动,美、日、俄、印、澳等亚太大国纷纷加大对东南亚的战略投入。东盟为实现自身利益最大化,也积极推行大国平衡战略。东盟与大国的战略博弈对中国周边安全稳定、中国与东盟关系以及中国与上述大国关系均将产生深远影响。
Over the past few years,with the development of economic globalization and the change of international pattern,the big powers of Asian-Pacific region have all increased their strategic investment into Southeast Asia.The ASEAN,based on the consideration of maximization of its interest,has actively pursued a strategy that would seek balance among big powers.As a result,the strategic game the ASEAN engaged in with the big powers has profound significance for the security and stability in China's neighbors,China's relations with the ASEAN and China's relations with other big powers.
