摘要
目的：利用HPLC—ELSD测定不同产地商陆药材中商陆皂苷A的含量以控制其质量。方法：采用HPLC—ELSD含量测定法，Phenomenex Luna C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）色谱柱，以甲醇-水-冰醋酸（68：31：1）为流动相。结果：商陆皂苷A在4．05～20．24μg呈线性，回收率为98．8％，RSD1．4％。测定11个不同来源的药材，其商陆皂苷A的含量在0．32％～1．11％。结论：本法可快速、准确测定商陆药材中商陆皂苷A含量，可用于商陆药材的质量监控。
Objective： To develop a HPLC-ELSD method for the quantitation of esculentosides A in Radix Phytolacca. Method： A Phenomenex Luna C18 column （4. 6 mm× 250 mm, 5 μm） with a solvent system consisting of methanol-water-acetic acid （68： 31： 1 ） was used, and detected by ELSD. Result： The calibration curve of esculentosides A showed good linearity in the range of 4.05- 20.24 μg, the average recovery was 98.8% , with RSD of 1.4%. 11 batches of Radix Phytolaccae were analyzed, and the contents were 0.32% to 1.11%. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid and sensitive, can be used for determination of esculentosides A in Radix phytolaccae.
