摘要 目的:研究B型钠尿肽在充血性心力衰竭(CHF)诊断中的应用。方法:选择的142例急性呼吸困难病例,其中充血性心力衰竭患者106例(观察组),肺源性呼吸困难患者36例(对照组),利用电化学发光测定其血浆BNP浓度,观察BNP水平,同时应用心脏彩色多普勒超声仪测定左室射血分数。结果:充血性心力衰竭组总体血浆B型钠尿肽水平显著高于对照组;B型钠尿肽浓度增高程度与CHF的严重程度成正相关,与左室射血分数(LVEF)呈负相关。结论:B型钠尿肽对充血性心力衰竭患者病情评估具有重要意义,尤其在心源性呼吸困难和肺源性呼吸困难的鉴别诊断中。 Objectives: To investigate the value of B-type natriuretic peptide measurement in diagnosis Of congestive heart failure (CHF) . Methods: we selected 142 patients with acute breathe difficulty as the observation group, among which there were 106 patients with CHF and 36 patients with pulmonary breathe difficulty as control group. The plasma BNP was measured by the way of electrochemilu- minescence immunoassay, and the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was examined by heart color Doppler.Results: BNP levels of 106 patients with CHF and 36 patients with pulmonary breathe difficulty were significant difference. In the patients with CHF, BNP levels were related with the New York Heart Association classification (NYHA) . The plasma BNP levels increased when LVEF reduced. Conclusions: The plasma BNP levels reflected the function of heart, and also could be useful for differential diagnosis of CHF and pulmonary breathe difficulty.
