昆虫细胞的无血清培养 被引量:1

摘要 昆虫来源的连续性继代细胞株最初由Grace(1962)作成,远比脊椎动物迟。当时为保持昆虫细胞的增殖,需在培养基中添加昆虫血液。昆虫血液一旦取出体外,马上形成黑色素而黑化,这是由于血液中的酪氨酸酶的作用。形成的黑色素对细胞增殖有害,因此为使酪氨酸酶失活,采用60℃加热5~30分钟,使大部分蛋白质凝固,接着-20℃冻结保存,
