摘要
阐明了资源型城市城乡协调发展的意义。从资源型城市的城乡关系特征出发,指出资源开发中的狭隘资源观是导致这类城市城乡发展失调的根源所在。提出了资源型城市的城乡协调发展战略,即树立广义资源观,建立与广义资源观相适应的新型产业结构,构建与新型产业结构一致的城乡空间结构。阐明了城乡协调发展战略重点,并以河南省舞钢市为例,对发展战略进行了具体论证。
This paper firstly illustrates the meaning of coordinated development between urban and rural area in resources - intensive cities. Then it points out that it is the view of narrow resource that leads to the maladjustment in urban and rural area. It puts forward strategy for coordinated development inresource - intensive city, that is, setting up view of broad resources, establishing new industry structure which suits to the view of broad resources and constructing spatial structure in urban and rural area which suits to the structure of new industry. This paper explains the key strategy for the coordinated development in urban and rural area, and it even demonstrates the development strategy by ease study of Wugang City of Henan Province.
