摘要
当前农村中小学教育信息化面临一些深层次的矛盾和问题,影响到农村中小学教育信息化的有效性,制约了农村中小学教育信息化的进一步发展。笔者认为其根本出路是:立足于可持续发展战略理论与实践,强化政府责任,在农村社会、经济、文化发展的宏观大背景下建立农村中小学与农村社区的良性互动机制,建立向薄弱学校政策倾斜扶持机制,同时促进信息化内部各要素的协调发展,构建信息技术与人的发展之间合理样态,以推动农村中小学教育信息化的持续、健康、稳定的发展。
At present,the information- based education in rural primary and secondary school is confronting deeper contradictions and problems,which influences on the effect of the rural educational information and restricts its further development. This article holds the view that the basic approach to this problem is to base upon the strategic theory and practice of sustainable development, to set up an optimal interactive mechanism under the grand background of the social ,economical and cultural development in rural areas, promote the harmonious development of the internal factors of educational information, construct the reasonable state between the development of information - based technology and human beings so as to push forward the sustainable, healthy and stable development of rural primary and secondary school.
