摘要 通过热压发泡实验考察了软化剂、发泡剂、助发泡剂对高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)/天然纤维缓冲包装材料性能的影响,并对 PE-HD/天然纤维缓冲材料的微观结构、形貌状态、密度和力学性能进行了研究,得到了最佳配比,即PE-HD 为100份、天然纤维60份、灰石粉40份、发泡剂15份、助发泡剂15份、增塑剂8份、软化剂63份,并测得材料的最佳缓冲系数为1.16。 Influence of various micro-structure, appearance, additives such as softener, foaming agent, and assistant foaming agent on density, and mechanical properties of high density polyethylene (PE-HD)/natural fiber cushioning materials was investigated through hot pressed foaming experiment. The optimum composition was obtained as natural fiber 60 phr, ash stone powder 40 phr, foaming agent 15 phr, assistant foaming agent 15 phr, plasticizer 8 phr, softener 63 phr based on 100 parts of PE-HD. The obtained dumping coefficient of PE-HD/natural fiber cushioning materials was 1.16.
