摘要
在对市场调研的基础上,针对聚丙烯(PP)流延膜加工厂家的要求和PP生产装置的特点,确定了镀铝级PP流延膜专用树脂CP38F的技术指标(如熔体流动速率为6.0～9.0 g/10 min,等规指数为96.0%等)和生产工艺条件,并进行了试生产和产品的加工应用试验。经加工厂家应用表明,该树脂能满足镀铝级流延膜的加工要求。
The technical index and production technology of speciality polypropylene（PP） resin （CP38F） for aluminium plating grade cast film were determined based on the market survey and PP cast film producers＇ requirements and their plants＇characteristics. The trial production of CP38F with melt flow rate of 6.0-9.0 g/10 min and isotactic index of 96.0% was carried out; the processing and application experiments of the trial product were performed. The resin processing enterprises confirm that the speciality PP resin can satisfy the production requirements of aluminium plating grade cast film.
