摘要
用田口理论建立孔、轴配合的质量损失函数,给出配合的功能极限(用户容差)和用户损失的决定方法。以损失函数计算孔和轴的工厂容差,选定其标准公差。根据经济性要求和产品结构选择配合的基准制,求出配合极限的设计量,确定配合件的基本偏差和公差带位置。
The quality loss function of fits between hole and shaft are constructed with using Genichi·Taguchi's approach . The limits of fits' function and consumers' loss. Throclgh loss function calculating the allowance ,thestandard tolerances of hole and shaft are defined.According to the request on eeonomy and the structare of the product,the basis system of fits is selected. Bycounting the design minimum of fits,we determine the fundamental deviations of holl and shaft and their locations of the tolerance zone.
