摘要
本文以质量损失函数为计算基础，得出零件非配合尺寸的容差计算公式．对建立损失函数的主要参数即用户损失（Ａ０）和用户容差（Δ０）的决定给出方法．
Using Genichi·Taguchi′s approach,this paper gives all formulas that are suited for calculating the allowances of mechanical parts′ non-fit measurements.The methods which define the variables user′ loss ( A 0) and allowance (Δ 0) are presented. A 0 and Δ 0 are the design variables of constructing quality loss function.In addition,the error on economy is analysed that define the tolerance by traditional ways.
