摘要
分别用H2O2和KMnO4作为氧化剂,硝酸和磷酸做反应试剂,用不同浸渍插层剂浸渍,采用分步反应法,制备了无硫抗氧化性可膨胀石墨,并对其膨胀体积和抗氧化性进行了测试。结果表明,用H 2O 2做氧化剂,N a H2P O 4、H3BO3和H3PO4混合液进行浸渍插层可以得到理想的膨胀体积和最高的抗氧化性,700℃下灼烧2h的氧化失重率仅为5.73%。所得产物不含硫。
By adopting the step method, the sulfur-free & anti-oxidation expandable graphite was prepared using hydrogen peroxide and potassium permanganate as the oxidants respectively, nitric acid and phosphoric acid as the reagent and different solutions as the impregnant and its expanded volume and anti-oxidation were tested. The result shows the expandable graphite prepared using hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, boric acid and phosphoric acid mixture as the impregnant has high expanded volume and maximum anti-oxidation, and the oxidization gravity loss is only 5.73% under 700℃ for 2 hours, without sulfur.
